A ServiceNow Consultant will join a high-performing ServiceNow implementation team, working on both implementation and transformation projects. The role involves leading scrum-based implementation sprints, developing technical solutions, and serving as a Solution Architect, automating processes, and enhancing systems. Strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills are essential.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation and coaching team members
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
