This Senior-KDNI role focuses on ServiceNow implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have prior ServiceNow implementation experience, a strong understanding of ServiceNow applications, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will work in a fast-paced, scrum-based environment and contribute to both technical solutions and process automation.
Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow implementation experience only (Not enhancements, Managed services).
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM).
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams
- Knowledge & experience of integration frameworks in ServiceNow
