This is a full-time position for a ServiceNow Consultant focused on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects. The consultant will work independently within a high-performing implementation team, utilizing agile methodologies and focusing on business needs. Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills are crucial.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
