The role is for a Senior-KDNI focused on ServiceNow Implementation projects. This independent contributor will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, adopting Scrum methodologies, and facilitating process improvements within the IT department. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- Knowledge of ServiceNow applications (ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
- Experience with agile methodology
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complex timelines
