This Senior-KDNI position focuses on ServiceNow implementation, requiring experience working on ServiceNow implementation projects only. Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Experience with agile methodology
