This Senior-KDNI role focuses on ServiceNow implementation projects only (not enhancements, managed services). The candidate will lead the implementation of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are crucial for project success and fostering high-performance teams.
Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow Implementation experience (only)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Understanding of ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
