This role is for a ServiceNow Consultant focusing on Implementation projects with no enhancements or managed services. Candidates should have experience with ServiceNow applications (ITSM, GRC, HRSD, CSM) and a strong track record of managing complex deployments. The consultant will contribute to innovative solutions and automation of processes. The role involves working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Experience with agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow in scrum-based approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
