This Senior-KDNI consultant role focuses on ServiceNow implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in ServiceNow, a strong track record managing complex tool deployments, and experience working with customer-focused teams. They should be proficient in Scrum methodologies and able to work under pressure, setting goals and contributing to strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements/managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines
Requirements Summary
Pre-existing ServiceNow experience, knowledge of ITSM/GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM application, Scrum proficiency, & strong communication skills. ITIL exposure is ideal
