The consultant will design technical solutions, facilitate sprint development using Agile methodologies, and automate processes to enhance system efficiency.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements, managed services).
- Knowledge and experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM).
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation and coaching other team members.
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment.
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools.
