This role requires a ServiceNow Implementation Consultant with prior experience in ServiceNow implementation projects. The candidate will work on high-performing ServiceNow implementation teams, focusing on application deployment and integration. Candidates should be strong communicators, solvers, and able to work under pressure. Experience with ITIL and agile methodologies is expected.
Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow Implementation experience
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Applications (ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Strong track record of managing ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
