Senior Lead Service Delivery Implementation

Northern Trust is a globally recognized financial institution seeking a Senior Lead Service Delivery Implementation to lead change management in their Mainframe Z/OS Operations team. The role involves developing and maintaining change management strategies, overseeing the change lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years focusing on change management
• Strong understanding of Mainframe z/OS and iSeries environments
• Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (Scrum master experience desired but not required)
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
