Senior Linux System Admin - Federal

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Linux System Admin to support the US Federal customers. This role involves administering and maintaining the global cloud infrastructure that powers their SaaS product, ensuring availability and efficiency. The team focuses on automating tasks and improving customer maintenance experiences.

Requirements

• Expert-level skills in systems administration, understanding of cloud infrastructure components (hardware, OS, applications, databases, networks, web servers)
• Prior experience in Site Reliability Engineering/DevOps and managing large-scale server infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desired.
• 4+ years of Linux experience (Red Hat and/or CentOS) is a must.
• Experience with performance and availability monitoring, analysis, and configuration management platforms.
• Good communication skills and collaborative work ethic.
