The ideal candidate will collaborate across business functions and technology teams to design scalable partner experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or Product Operations for GTM or Partner-focused organizations.
- 5+ years leading and developing teams as a Manager or Senior Manager, including coaching and career growth for direct reports.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and lifecycle management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise platforms such as PRM, CRM (Salesforce), or Partner Data/Analytics systems.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; experience defining and tracking KPIs tied to partner success and productivity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in change management and driving adoption across global sales or partner organizations.
