ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Business Product Manager to drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for GTM Partner Platforms. This People Manager role will lead a team of Product Managers, focusing on onboarding, enablement, deal management, and performance insights. The ideal candidate will collaborate across business functions and technology teams to design scalable partner experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or Product Operations for GTM or Partner-focused organizations.
  • 5+ years leading and developing teams as a Manager or Senior Manager, including coaching and career growth for direct reports.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise platforms such as PRM, CRM (Salesforce), or Partner Data/Analytics systems.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; experience defining and tracking KPIs tied to partner success and productivity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in change management and driving adoption across global sales or partner organizations.
