Senior Manager - HR Technology

Applied Materials is a global leader in materials engineering solutions. The Senior Manager - HR Technology will lead the design and implementation of a scalable, global HR technology ecosystem and build a high-performing team of HRIS analysts and HR technology professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6-8+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology
• Deep understanding of global HR systems, processes, and data governance
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of global programs, frameworks, and process improvements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations
• Proven experience managing end-to-end HR technology projects
• Partner effectively with Date & Analytics team to uphold data integrity, security, and compliance across HR platforms
• Recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) in HR technology
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR technology professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
