The Senior Manager, Application Portfolio is responsible for leading and evolving the enterprise-wide APM function, ensuring that the organization’s application and software portfolios align with business strategy, deliver value, and support compliance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT management, enterprise architecture, or application portfolio management
- 5+ years of direct experience leading an APM function or team in a complex, enterprise-scale environment
- Strong expertise in application lifecycle governance, rationalization, and optimization practices
- Experience with ServiceNow APM and SAM modules, or similar enterprise portfolio management platforms
- Strong understanding of software licensing models and software asset management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Financial management experience including budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor license analysis
