ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Data Platform Software Engineer to join a growing team. The role involves developing and maintaining software components related to the data platform, focusing on Java, object-oriented and modularized software development. This position requires a candidate with strong experience in Java, core Java development, and relational databases.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Java or similar OO language
- Experience with Core Java development
- Expert level understanding of best practices for object-oriented and modularized software.
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL)
- Strong understanding of SQL and query development
- Familiarity with Unix shell
