Responsibilities include managing system upgrades, resolving incidents and problems, ensuring platform availability and resiliency, and automating operational processes. Requirements
- Plan and execute system upgrades
- Address Incident, Problems on the platform
- Ensure availability & resiliency of the platform
- Experience in User Administration, User Interface Level Integration & MID Server Integration
- Knowledge of Import Sets for data loading
- Continuous monitoring of application performance
- Partner with the business on automating operations
- ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation
- ITIL Process training and implementation
- Experience on ServiceNow modules – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management and CMS
- Experience on basic Java scripting
- Experience handling service now incident and request queue
- Experience in clone & deployment in ServiceNow
- Experience in documentation and review activities
- Experience in complex data migration
