ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager of Expert Services to lead ITSM business within the east and collaborate with the ITSM practice leadership team. This role focuses on managing and delivering on professional services business growth, advising customers, driving process improvements, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. ServiceNow’s intelligent cloud-based platform connects people, systems, and processes to empower organizations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a professional services organization
- 3+ years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
- Experience with managing a Services business with Resource Management and Engagement Scheduling
- Proven ability to influence and consult with customers and CXO leaders
- Experience defining and deploying future-state IT processes
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Vast understanding of ServiceNow, HP Service Desk, CA Service Desk, IBM TSRM/CCDB, and Remedy ARS
- Experience with leading ITSM toolsets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
