We're looking for a Senior Manager, Process Engineering - Payroll to lead and support the design, optimization, and implementation of payroll processes across our international operations. As a Global Payroll Process Engineer, you will harmonize payroll workflows, drive automation, and enhance overall employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or relevant field
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in evaluating existing process flows for Workday/Payroll
- 5+ years of proven relevant work experience in process design/redesign and change management
- Lean Six Sigma Certification, desired
