Senior Manager, Security Operations

As a Senior Manager, Security Operations, you will lead business development and project delivery of Cyber Security implementation engagements related to Security Events Monitoring Solutions and SOC optimization, to create effective proactive and reactive response and protection strategies for each organization. You will work with the delivery team in developing a solution to meet the customer's needs while improving their current situation, while using your knowledge to participate in and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a business and technical management of requirements and delivery of projects as a Business Consultant / Business Development / Pre-sales, and or Project/Program Manager with SIEM solutions and SOC transformation programs
• In-depth understanding and knowledge of implementing Security Information and Event Management – SIEM solutions, with the focus on advance and AI driven platforms
• Building effective and efficient SOC workflows through integration with security tools, automation platforms and case management solutions
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Splunk, Palo Alto XSIAM, MS Sentinel, Google SecOps, Anvilogic, ServiceNow etc.
• Working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and knowledge of AI and Machine Learning models is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field from an accredited college or equivalent work experience. Master's in information systems, MBA, or similar is an asset
• Superior project management and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment, and lead teams and project deliverables is mandatory
