Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- Experience using Al productivity tools like Cursor or Windsurf.
- 13 to 16 years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and advanced coding skills.
- Fluency in one or more relevant programming language (Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, JavaScript) and understanding of coding standards.
- Experience completing projects based on company priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes.
