Requirements

• 12+ years of software development experience or master's degree and 8 years of experience
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Experience in managing multiple engineering teams or a larger team
• Experience in building new products that use AI/ML
• Experience in Backend technologies such as Java
• Experience in Frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, AngularJS
• Advanced understanding of software design, development, testing, and problem-solving
• Strong background in distributed systems design and development
• Experience working in a DevOps environment
