ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Solution Consulting, to manage a team of pre-sales Partner Technology Strategists supporting regional partners. The role involves driving technology and business relationships with ServiceNow’s partners, developing new solutions, and achieving growth with ServiceNow and our partners. ServiceNow is a leader in AI-enhanced cloud technology, aiming to empower organizations to work smarter and more efficiently.
Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership experience, preferably within Pre-Sales
- 12+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience
- BA/BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in building or leading pre-sales or professional services organizations – partner aligned organizations are preferred
- Understanding and experience of standard approaches to coaching, mentoring and managing a team of senior level professionals
- Ability to articulate and logically communicate concepts with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Service Advisory firms, Service Integrator firms, Service Providers and Outsourcers
