Requirements
- 5+ years' experience supporting and administering enterprise network and security infrastructure
- Proven expertise in routing, switching, and wireless protocols
- Relevant certifications - CCNP and NSE4 (required, valid)
- Hands-on experience configuring and deploying network infrastructure projects
- Understanding of Australian cybersecurity frameworks (SOCI, ASD Essential Eight) - advantageous
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow (beneficial)
- Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and prioritisation skills
