The Senior Oracle Finance Business Analyst will provide functional and analytical expertise for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Financials applications, ensuring business continuity and optimization of financial processes. The role acts as a critical bridge between Finance and IT, ensuring that Oracle systems align with ResMed's evolving business and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional or Business Analyst
- Oracle Certified Professional (EBS or Fusion Financials) preferred
- ITIL Foundation Certification desirable
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS (R12) and Fusion Financials
- Proficient in modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, iExpense, Projects, and Procurement
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in Oracle production support environments—incident resolution, SR management, and workflow debugging
- Knowledge of integration points with HR, Procurement, and Projects modules
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for issue investigation
- Familiarity with ITIL or structured change management frameworks
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Strong documentation, testing, and UAT coordination skills
