Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience
• Strong Employee Relations and HR Ops exposure
• Experience with ServiceNow (or similar systems)
• Trusted advisor with a balance of empathy and accountability
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain positivity
