The Senior People Services Specialist role is key in delivering expert-level HR administrative support across hire-to-retire processes, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and system updates in Workday.

Requirements

  • Deliver expert-level HR Administration support across all hire-to-retire processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in HR documentation, reporting, and system updates (Workday) across business units in a service center environment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex and non-standard HR queries, often requiring independent resolution due to lack of documentation.
  • Demonstrate deep system knowledge and process ownership, particularly in areas where precision and insight are critical to successful outcomes.
  • Serve as a point of contact and escalation for key stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution of sensitive or high-impact issues.
  • Provide guidance and share best practices with colleagues, supporting them in navigating complex processes and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Lead key annual activities for the People Services team, including audit preparation and support, policy implementation, and process reviews.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., managers, HR Business Partners) and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the simplification, standardization, and optimization of HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local market requirements by adapting HR processes and documentation to meet country-specific legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a combination of education and/or equivalent work experience, Proven experience working in HR teams, Fluency in German and English is required, Polish language skills are a plus
