Join our OT/IoT Security Hub for EMEIA region. Contribute to Cyber Transformation and Service Management competence group. Lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops. Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber solution implementation team.

Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow platform
• Experience in one or more ServiceNow products: CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, IRM
• Experience with CMDB
• Basic understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Management concepts
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
• Motivation
• Willingness to learn new things
• Problem-solving abilities
• Capability to work within a multinational and multicultural team
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Readiness to travel
