Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow platform
- Experience in one or more ServiceNow products: CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, IRM
- Experience with CMDB
- Basic understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Management concepts
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
- Motivation
- Willingness to learn new things
- Problem-solving abilities
- Capability to work within a multinational and multicultural team
- Full professional proficiency in English
