Requirements

• University graduation in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Four (4) years of directly related experience in supporting a broad range of enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow Platform (System Administration and development).
• Certification in ServiceNow (CSA and CAD) is an asset.
• Strong understanding of Alberta Government goals, strategies, priorities, and initiatives, particularly related to IMT’s mandate is an asset.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an asset.
• Certification in SAFe or Scrum methodologies is an asset.
• Knowledge of ministry mandates, business objectives, and operational plans is an asset.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex initiatives and projects is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including consultation, facilitation, and presentation capabilities is an asset.
• Knowledge of privacy and security legislation is an asset.
• Ability to clearly convey complex concepts, issues, and resolution options to key decision-makers is an asset.
• Demonstrated leadership in creating an engaging work environment that develops staff and builds capacity is an asset.
• Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills is an asset.
• Experience in leading/supervising and empowering diverse teams effectively is an asset.
• Strong willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI technologies, ensuring the ServiceNow Platform remains at the forefront of innovation is an asset.
