Senior Presales Consultant

We're looking for a Senior Presales Consultant to collaborate with account teams, prospects, and existing customers to qualify and scope requirements for IFS Enterprise Service Management Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP and/or IT Service Management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and influence solution direction to both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Requirements

• Background in presales consulting, with 5 years+ of experience with software presales
• Strong understanding of ERP and/or IT Service Management
• Interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity
• Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations
• Bachelor's Degree in business, science, engineering, technology or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated problem solving and creative skills
• Resilient, proactive, and inquisitive by nature
• Ability to travel (approximately 50% or more)
