Senior Principal AI Architect

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal AI Architect to drive transformational AI-first implementation and adoption for ServiceNow's customers. This role involves designing, productizing, and piloting AI-first setup and implementation experiences, establishing a standardized process and unifying admin workflows. The ideal candidate will compress time-to-first-meaningful-use, accelerate product adoption, and deliver a consistently excellent, AI-enabled implementation journey.

Requirements

• 10+ years of solution architecture experience.
• Prior experience developing AI use cases (Generative, Agentic, Predictive).
• 5+ years of experience in a technology advisory or implementation role with focus on Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Strong systems thinking and hands-on AI development/prototyping skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
