ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal Platform Architect to guide customers through their digital transformation journey. The role focuses on leading solutioning, scoping (where required), and driving successful delivery of strategic projects involving ServiceNow. This position involves advising senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology, and establishing governance frameworks. It’s a pivotal role within the Customer Outcomes team, serving as a key contributor to the platform and its overall strategy.
