We are seeking a Senior/Principal Platform Architect to join our Customer Outcomes team, where you will work with customers to establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
- Management consulting experience
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
