The Senior/Principal Solution Architect will provide functional and technical expertise to customers on implementing ServiceNow Workflow solutions, accelerating and driving customer business outcomes. The role requires strong architectural guidance, business acumen, and product expertise to solve customer challenges.
Requirements
- Over 15 years of experience in professional services within comparable enterprise technology environments
- At least 12 years of consultation and/or configuration experience related to implementing complex, highly-capable, technologies
- At least 5 years of advisory consultation experience related to implementing across multiple ServiceNow Workflow solutions
- Certified Master Architect certification
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CSM, CIS-SP, Core Platform micro-certifications)
