ServiceNow is looking for a Senior/Principal Solution Architect to consult with customers on implementing ServiceNow Workflow solutions. The role requires a functional and technical expert with experience in leveraging AI and complex technologies.
Requirements
- Over 15 years of experience in professional services within comparable enterprise technology environments
- At least 12 years of consultation and/or configuration experience related to implementing complex, highly-capable, technologies
- At least 5 years of advisory consultation experience related to implementing across multiple ServiceNow Workflow solutions
- Certified Master Architect certification
- ServiceNow Certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist, CSM Certified Implementation Specialist, Service Provider Implementer, Core Platform micro-certifications)
- Desired ServiceNow Certifications (Certified Technical Architect)
