This role combines analytical, technical, and programme management skills to ensure successful design, delivery, and governance of automation initiatives, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and operational control.

Requirements

• Strong experience with UiPath and Power Automate
• Skills in preparing comprehensive Automation Design Documentation
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Business, Product, and Technology teams
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Lucid, and Smartsheet for project tracking, documentation, process mapping, and workflow management
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, governance, and continuous improvement in automation delivery.
