Datacom is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end migrations from Cherwell to ServiceNow across customer groups in Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on secure, repeatable, and minimally disruptive migrations, driving standardization, automation, and consistent adoption. The position is temporary and requires full working rights in Australia/New Zealand.
Requirements
- 7+ years project/programme delivery experience
- Proven senior PM experience managing complex IT platform migrations
- Strong release/cutover management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
- Solid understanding of ITSM, CMDB concepts and platform governance

Requirements Summary
