ServiceNow Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in enhancing and expanding existing ServiceNow implementations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, tool configuration, and technical deployment
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Orchestration, and potentially App Engine
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English), particularly in scoping projects and articulating requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• ServiceNow certification preferred
• Meticulous and precise in your work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in client-facing roles and building client relationships
• Adaptable and able to work collaboratively with diverse teams
