Datacom is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end migration from Cherwell to ServiceNow for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role involves client/stakeholder leadership, release coordination, risk management, and ensuring security-first delivery. The office is hybrid with options for some remote work.
Requirements
- 7+ years of project/programme delivery experience
- Proven senior PM experience managing complex IT platform migrations
- Strong release/cutover management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
- Solid understanding of ITSM, CMDB concepts and platform governance
- Demonstrable planning, risk management and decision-making under pressure

Requirements Summary
