The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic enterprise initiatives across the credit union, with a focus on enhancing agility, member experience, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, finance, technology, or related field of study
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred
- Experience in credit union operations and core banking systems (Symitar, Silverlake) with understanding of regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to define KPIs, diagnose root causes, and manage competing priorities while delivering quality results under tight deadlines
