Senior QA ServiceNow Administrator

GovCIO is seeking a detail-oriented Senior QA ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and improving the platform, developing QA strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders. The position is hybrid remote and requires a proactive individual with strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of ServiceNow administration experience
• 6+ years experience with ServiceNow development and scripting
• Understanding of ITIL practices
• US citizenship required
• Must have Clearance: Top Secret (US Citizenship)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments (preferred)
