The Senior Service Center Manager will be responsible for vendor oversight of technical support provided by partners who service UMGC customers, establishing and improving problem management processes, and analyzing trends to continuously improve and streamline customer support processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant customer support experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) certification or at least 5 years using ServiceNow ITSM tool
  • ITIL Foundations Certification (v2 or above)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • HDI Service Center Manager Certification
