This role involves handling calls, troubleshooting issues, managing software deployments, and maintaining accurate ticket records. Requirements

  • At least 3+ years’ experience in a service desk or call center.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies (MS Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10).
  • ITIL foundations are desirable.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow, Salesforce, Active Directory, SharePoint, and Point of Sales (POS) is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills.
