ConnectOS is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst for an on-site role in Metro Manila, Philippines, specializing in Microsoft technologies and supporting IT operations. This role involves providing first and second-level support, troubleshooting, and managing team requests, while maintaining compliance and documenting procedures. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in a complex environment.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years’ experience in a service desk environment or call center.
  • Sound knowledge of supporting Microsoft technologies, including MS Office suite, Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow, Salesforce, Active Directory, SharePoint, and Point of Sales (POS) is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service and technical & troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team of IT Service Desk and/or IT Operational departments within a complex multi-location business.
  • Effective communication and summarization skills for management and team members.
