ConnectOS is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to provide first and second-level support, resolving IT issues and managing ticket flows within their fast-growing offshore team. The role involves troubleshooting, software deployment, and maintaining accuracy in organization and documentation systems. The position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years’ experience in a service desk environment or call center.
- Sound knowledge of supporting Microsoft technologies, including MS Office suite, Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, Salesforce, Active Directory, SharePoint, and Point of Sales (POS) is desirable.
- Excellent customer service and technical & troubleshooting skills.
