We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to support and enhance our client’s ServiceNow platform in collaboration with Auxis teams and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Develop and deploy workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations to support business processes.
- Lead and support projects involving automation, Virtual Agent (chat), integrations, and emerging ServiceNow capabilities.
- Monitor platform health, perform upgrades, patching, and ensure compliance with ITSM/ITIL best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues promptly.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to internal teams and end-users.
