Steampunk is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator/Business Analyst to support a federal customer in modernizing the agency's information security program. The role requires a self-starter with experience applying ServiceNow to solve problems and improve processes. Responsibilities include designing and maturing CMDB, ITSM, and other modules; developing business process improvements; and supporting data loads and transformations. The ideal candidate will leverage ServiceNow to promote security automation and process improvement.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- 5-10+ years of experience supporting Enterprise IT programs
- Experience with Service Now modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.)
- Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance
- Valid Technical Certification
