Senior ServiceNow Analyst - People & Places

The company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Analyst to create custom solutions, automations, and integrations that enhance the employee experience and streamline processes. The role will focus on configuration, optimization, and support of the ServiceNow HRSD and WSD modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in configuring and supporting ServiceNow, with some of that experience in HRSD or WSD
• A passion for enhancing the digital employee experience
• Good understanding of HR processes and ServiceNow architecture to support them
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions
• Familiarity with integrations between ServiceNow and HRIS platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
