We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst Consultant to accompany our clients in digital transformation by optimizing and deploying the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, good knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM practices, and excellent communication and pedagogy skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of significant experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM practices
- Proven experience in writing user stories, conducting functional workshops, and piloting recipes
- Professional mastery of English, both written and spoken
- Personal qualities: proactivity, rigor, autonomy, customer service, excellent listening, communication, and pedagogy skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
