Responsible for developing, implementing, and improving Service Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions in ServiceNow, optimizing PPM, Demand Management, APM, and Resource Management.
Requirements
- Develop, configure, and administer ServiceNow SPM modules
- Support integration activities between ServiceNow SPM and other enterprise systems
- Implement best practices for Service Portfolio Management
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops
- Work on application configuration, scripting, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with security and access control policies
Requirements Summary
